Research and Development

We have one of the largest knitting plant in South East Asia (156 knitting machines on one floor) Cotton, CVC, CVS, Jersey, Pique, Interlock, Thermal, Fleece, Ribs, Mini Jacquard including Spandex / Lycra attachments.

Spinning

We have our own fully integrated combed & carded yarn spinning unit.
Mélanges & special yarn spinning unit consisting 48000 spindles supported by in-house dye house.
Latest yarn twisting facility.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY:

Unit 1 : Wide range of 100% Cotton & Blend Mélanges (15,000 Kg/Day)
Unit 2: NE-10 To NE-40 Combed and Carded yarn (12,000 Kg/Day)

Knitting

We have one of largest knitting plant in South East Asia (156 knitting machines on one floor)
Cotton, CVC, CVS, Jersey, Pique, Interlock, Thermal, Fleece, Ribs, Mini Jacquard including Spandex / Lycra attachments.
Yarn dyed Feed Stripes, Auto & Eng. Stripe Jersey, Pique and double-knit striper in Rib & Interlock.
In house auto striper double knit machines. (only company in Pakistan with 20 double knit auto stripers. Capacity 200,000 units per month).
Largest single knit auto striper knitting plant in Pakistan (45 machines at one location)
Products are solid/printed tee shirt, vest & polo shirt, Y/D tee, vest & polo shirts, Fleece
hooded pullover & zipper jacket, solid & Y/D tank top in Jersey & Interlock. Interlock polo in solid & striper etc.

Capacity Summary :

Single Knit Pique/Jersey = 11000 Kg / day,

Double Knit (Interlock/Rib) = 5500 Kg /day,

Fleece = 10000 Kg / day,

Single Knit stripers = 7000 Kg / day.
